Confirmation of bookings

Due to demand, tentative bookings can only be held for up to 3 days. After this period, the venue reserves the right to release the date to other enquiries. To confirm a booking, the agreed upon deposit must be paid in full. This payment should be made within 48 hours of booking confirmation to secure the date and should be done via bank transfer. Alternative payment options may be possible if agreed with the Functions Coordinator.

Prices and Minimum Spend

to change. A minimum spend requirement applies to all function areas. The Functions Manager will advise the minimum spend upon enquiry and these do vary according to date. This cost will be in line with estimated turnover obtained in regular trade in the proposed function area. If the minimum spend quoted for the space is not met, the additional charge will become a room hire fee and will be payable on completion of the function.

Final Payment

All requirements relating to catering, beverage, and area set up are requested no later than 7 days before your function date. Final attendance numbers are required a minimum of 7 days prior to your event. Please note that this number will form the basis for final charging. All catering and all costs relating to beverage packages must be paid upon confirmation of final numbers, at least 5 working days before your experience no shows. Should payment not be received, the venue reserves the right to not proceed with the function. Drinks on consumptions tabs must be paid at the conclusion of the event.

Cancellations

Cancelling a function after the deposit has been paid can only be done by consulting directly with the Functions Coordinator, and only by the person who paid the deposit. Any cancellation made within a period of 4 weeks from the date of the function will forfeit the deposit. In the instance of COVID related date, or refunded if no alternative date can be agreed on.

Guest Entry and RSA

Guest entry to functions will only be permitted in accordance with agreed start and finish times. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron in accordance with normal responsible service of alcohol procedures. We reserve the right to limit or stop the supply of alcohol to any guest or guests if it becomes apparent that the guests are intoxicated, even if this is before the finish time. Additional function guests – above the numbers of guests confirmed – may only be admitted in accordance with the venue’s licensed capacity. Minors are welcome to attend functions only when accompanied by a Legal Guardian, however they must vacate the premises by 10pm.
